How long can I return the items?

You can return the items within 30 days from the date you received them. Please contact us promptly for the return process.
After 30 days from the date of receipt, no returns will be accepted.

Conditions

1. All items must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Any item that appears to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.

2. Items can only be returned for size issues, wrong items, and defective/damaged items during shipping.

3. The return shipping fee will be charged to the customer, and it may vary for each country due to different shipping costs.

4. Please provide photos and videos showing the condition of the item (without photos and videos, we will not process the return).
