Shipping & Returns
How long can I return the items?
You can return items within 30 days from the date you received them.
Please contact us promptly to initiate the return process.
After 30 days from the date of receipt, no returns will be accepted.
Conditions
1. All items must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Any item that appears to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.
2. Items can only be returned for wrong items, or defective/damaged items during shipping.
3. The return shipping fee will be charged to the customer and may vary for each country due to different shipping costs.
4. Please provide photos and videos showing the condition of the item. Without photos and videos, we will not process the return.
5. We do not accept returns if you ordered the wrong size. Please check the size description carefully. For further clarification, feel free to contact us at info@queencloth.com.
How to submit a return?
1. Please send an email to info@queencloth.com.
2. The email should include your order number and the issue you are experiencing.
3. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond to your email.
4. Refunds via PayPal will be processed within approximately 48 hours.
5. Refunds to credit cards will take approximately 7-14 business days.
